Shipments
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by another means, please contact us before choosing this method. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all orignal tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and RMA form, and mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
